Kord & Brittany

Kord & Brittany had a gorgeous wedding in Peoria, IL. From beginning to end, the entire day was beautiful. The weather, the couple, the details, you name it and it was perfection! Kord, Brittany, their families and closest friends enjoyed a wonderful celebration of marriage. The relaxed vibe these two had all day was something of perfect-wedding-day-dreams. I’m so thankful we were able to be a part of their big day.

We started the morning at one of the bridesmaids homes. Her parents were sweet enough to host the entire bridal party and had a wonderful yard that provided the perfect backdrop for the first look and all the bridal party images.

We headed to Northwoods Community Church, where Kord and Brittany’s story actually started, as they met through a church retreat. Brittany and Kord both have a competitive streak and bonded over games & fun- and after shooting their engagement session and now their wedding, I can say it’s definitely a part of who they are together and they love to have fun! It’s a sweet thing to see a couple put Jesus in the center of their lives and Kord and Brittany definitely allowed their desire to glorify God shine through their wedding day.

After a beautiful ceremony, they made a grand (read: super fun & cute!) entrance into their reception where they shared beautiful dances and cheered to some wonderful toasts. After the main events, the guests enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the wonderful patio & yard outdoors. It was truly the perfect day for Kord and Brittany.
